His international experience via renowned restaurants has given him the inspiration to use beautiful Périgord ingredients to present exquisite food in both classical and contemporary manner.

Pure flavors

All our dishes are prepared with fresh and seasonal products to accentuate the pure flavors. Of course all is home-made and prepared with love. For the bread and ice-cream we use the talents of local artisanal suppliers. They also do not add any food additives.

Local area

Our vegetables & fruits come from the area; our herbs are from the garden. Our meat comes from the vicinity where ever possible and our fish is delivered directly from Bordeaux & Arcachon. Our cheeses are from local cheese makers.
